Make the question worth the work.
The Academy brings people, knowledge and resources together around work that matters. Every undertaking needs an accountable lead, a defined outcome and evidence of what each person contributed.
Find the need
Start with a person, audience, organisation or community facing a specific problem. Identify who will use the result, what is missing today and how a useful result would change their situation.
Organise the right combination
A venture lead defines the undertaking and responsibilities. Creators, practitioners, researchers and resource contributors work alongside AI tools, with named decisions and human accountability.
Make a public brief
The venture brief sets out the customer, work, rights and acceptance criteria. Programme dates, fees and services are published separately. Roadshows help contributors understand the work and decide where they can add value.
Make, test, revise
Work moves through visible milestones. Teams create, show the result to relevant people, respond to evidence and record the decisions that changed the work.
Record the contribution
Work samples, responsibilities, reviews and outcomes form the evidence. Issued records preserve the contributor, role, claims, version and verification status. Public sharing follows the participant’s privacy choices.
What is worth organising around?
An AI-native creative company
Bring creative direction, production, sales and rights into a team that can take responsibility for a commission. Judge the work by an executable offer, a costed delivery plan and customer evidence.
A world audiences return to
Connect film, music and interactive storytelling around characters, relationships and an audience need. Judge the result through a coherent work, audience response and a credible reason to return.
An experience people take part in
Organise storytelling, performance, space and interaction around a specific audience. Test what participation changes and what remains the creator’s responsibility.
Different roles. A shared responsibility.
Venture lead
Owns the brief, delivery plan, team decisions and acceptance process.
Core practitioners
Contribute experience, creative judgment and the resources needed to move the work forward.
Participants
Take a defined responsibility, make work and submit evidence of their contribution.
Enterprise & resource partners
Bring a problem, budget, rights, access or a route to a relevant audience. Scope and obligations are agreed in writing.
Fund the work with clear boundaries.
Published course tuition pays for the stated learning and collaboration services. Commissioning and sponsorship follow an agreed scope. Any development investment requires its own agreement; paying course tuition does not itself buy equity or guarantee a commercial return.
A record of what you actually did.
A contribution record connects a person to reviewed work. Roles and practice levels describe the contribution in context. Evidence, issuer signature, issuance time and current status make the record checkable. Existing INDEX records may be associated with the work when their access and rights permit.
