HKAIFA-P365
365-day Venture Studio
Build a sustainable creative practice through a year of production, release, customer development and accountable operating reviews.
What we will make
A venture brief, validated pilot or release, operating plan, rights and resource register, and individually reviewed contribution portfolio.
How we will evaluate it
Review evidence of a real need, delivery, market response, costs and individual responsibility. A reasoned decision to change direction is a valid outcome; revenue or investment is not guaranteed.

Who this is for
Creators, producers, operators and teams who can commit weekly time to one real undertaking. Join with an existing venture or choose a direction during the opening brief. Roles are organised around complementary capabilities.
Before you begin
Bring your current work, an audience or buyer hypothesis, available resources and any rights constraints. No finished company or incorporated entity is required. Confirm your weekly availability and intended responsibility before payment.
The city as a research setting
Coordinated from Hong Kong with live online access. Research follows the venture’s actual target market. Local filming, travel and independently organised meetings are agreed separately.
1. Launch an evidence-led venture
Use the opening 90 days to identify a specific buyer or audience, form the delivery team, agree rights and costs, and release a bounded pilot. Review actual responses before choosing what deserves a second cycle.
What you submit: Venture brief, pilot, customer responses, cost and rights register, and a continuation decision.
2. Establish a working offer
Turn the pilot into a defined offer with scope, price, delivery responsibilities and revision limits. Test the offer with relevant buyers and record their decisions. Review whether demand and delivery economics support continuation.
What you submit: Pilot, offer, cost and rights register, first operating review.
3. Make delivery repeatable
Run a second production or release cycle. Improve the division of work, revision limits, pricing and handover. Compare two market or channel routes using actual responses.
What you submit: Two-cycle comparison, reusable delivery process and channel evidence.
4. Build the next year on evidence
Review the portfolio, pipeline, rights, capacity and cash assumptions. Prepare a customer, partner or investor dossier suited to the actual state of the work. Agree the next-year operating plan and review individual contributions.
What you submit: Annual operating dossier, evidenced pipeline, rights register and contribution portfolio.
Completion requirements
Complete all four evidence packages, an individual decision log and the final review. Attend at least 80% of collective sessions, or agree an equivalent contribution within the course period. Reviewers record whether the agreed brief was delivered, what each person actually contributed and which issues remain unresolved. Artistic disagreement is documented rather than converted into a single taste score. Participation and verified completion are distinct records; commercial results are recorded only when evidenced.
Your verified experience record
Your record identifies the course, dates, role, verified contribution and assessment outcome. It links to permitted evidence and names the issuing Academy. Issued records include the signed payload hash and stored issuance timestamp. Public visibility follows your consent and the project’s permissions. INDEX association is made only after a work has a valid INDEX record; taking a course does not itself issue an INDEX certification.
