HKAIFA-P090
90-day Venture Launch
Build a creative venture with a defined customer, a capable team, a delivered pilot and evidence for the next decision.
What we will make
A venture brief, validated pilot or release, operating plan, rights and resource register, and individually reviewed contribution portfolio.
How we will evaluate it
Review evidence of a real need, delivery, market response, costs and individual responsibility. A reasoned decision to change direction is a valid outcome; revenue or investment is not guaranteed.

Who this is for
Creators, producers, operators and teams who can commit weekly time to one real undertaking. Join with an existing venture or choose a direction during the opening brief. Roles are organised around complementary capabilities.
Before you begin
Bring your current work, an audience or buyer hypothesis, available resources and any rights constraints. No finished company or incorporated entity is required. Confirm your weekly availability and intended responsibility before payment.
The city as a research setting
Coordinated from Hong Kong with live online access. Research follows the venture’s actual target market. Local filming, travel and independently organised meetings are agreed separately.
1. Choose a need worth building for
Interview at least five relevant buyers or users. Compare their current alternative, buying trigger and constraints. Choose one offer, name the accountable roles and define what would disprove the idea.
What you submit: Interview notes, venture brief, role agreement and decision criteria.
2. Assemble the offer and the team
Make the smallest convincing prototype. Cost the people, tools, permissions and revisions; assign a production owner and agree credits before approaching prospective customers.
What you submit: Prototype, priced scope, responsibility map and resource gap register.
3. Deliver and meet the market
Run a bounded pilot or release with permission. Present the offer to relevant prospects, record acceptance or rejection and track actual production effort. Commercial receipts are recorded only when they exist.
What you submit: Delivered pilot, customer or audience response, actual costs and revision log.
4. Decide what to continue
Review whether the offer can be repeated, needs to change or should stop. Present the work, unresolved risks and next 90-day plan. Review each person’s contribution separately from the team’s commercial result.
What you submit: Operating playbook, evidence-backed decision, next-stage plan and contribution record.
Completion requirements
Complete all four evidence packages, an individual decision log and the final review. Attend at least 80% of collective sessions, or agree an equivalent contribution within the course period. Reviewers record whether the agreed brief was delivered, what each person actually contributed and which issues remain unresolved. Artistic disagreement is documented rather than converted into a single taste score. Participation and verified completion are distinct records; commercial results are recorded only when evidenced.
Your verified experience record
Your record identifies the course, dates, role, verified contribution and assessment outcome. It links to permitted evidence and names the issuing Academy. Issued records include the signed payload hash and stored issuance timestamp. Public visibility follows your consent and the project’s permissions. INDEX association is made only after a work has a valid INDEX record; taking a course does not itself issue an INDEX certification.
